The place behind the scent

Okay, this one is a little out of left field and we love it. The PNW is famous for moody skies and fresh air, but every once in a while you just want something sunny. Limoncello is a bright, sweet Italian lemon liqueur that originated in southern Italy, most famously along the Amalfi Coast and around the Bay of Naples. It’s traditionally served chilled as an after-dinner digestif, made by steeping lemon peels in alcohol and sweetening it into liquid sunshine.

Limoncello is our reminder that joy can be loud, citrus can be a mood, and a little brightness is always welcome here. Consider it a cheerful visitor that came to hang out with us in the Snoqualmie Valley… and decided to stay.
